Creatine before the ride and creatine and protien after the ride work for me. Almost no fatigue. Also as another user suggested swimming on off days. Awesome!
To answer my own question I tried this stuff for a few months. It attracted ALOT of dirt. Even after following the directions to a T I wore out a chain in about 300 kms, all while suffering through phantom shifting etc. Maybe its my trails, a lot of dust. Not sure but didnt work out for me.
I run avid bb7’s mechs on all my bikes. Cheaper up front than hydros lower maintenance (no bleeding) and with the right levers (speed dials) modulate great.
