Any help would be GREAT!!!! But I really want to hear from guys that have ridden this to tell me what to expect, other then it’s going to be the hardest ride of my life!

    Thanks, Michael

Well played out front of my house clipping in and out for about 1/2 hr felt good, so I loaded up the bike and went over by where I could go for a ride if I wanted to. Rode around the parking lot for about another 1/2 hr clipping in and out, so I went on a ride. I did great clipping in and out and rode about 10 to 15 miles. Coming back I ate in on some Ice and felt like a dip$**t coming up to a cross street and forgot to clip out. You all know what happened then, boom over I went. I had to laugh,:D it’s going to take some playing around and remember to clip out before it comes natural I know!!

All in all it was a good short ride, I learned a lot today

Thanks again for all of your help. I have these for now so I might as well ride the bike a little bit and get us to clipping in and out. I figure this will be close to the same as any pedal. When Summer comes around then I think I’ll be changing them out.

Thanks again Bombardier for your help, I’ve located some of the Crank Brothers Candy – SL on ebay for a pretty god price but need to hit a couple of bike shops to make sure I’m getting a good price on them with shipping.

Is it a pretty standard size on all bikes to be 9/16" Tread Type?

    Thanks again, Michael

that BBB’s rack has an adjustable clamp to fit various seatpost sizes. Are you going to go with that one, or the Trek rack instead?

Oh yeah, and if you do go with the under-seat pack, make really sure it’s secured and closed up nice and good. I’ve witnessed what happens when one dumps it’s expensive contents right underneath the rear tire. 😮

Bombardier I’m just keeping my eyes open to options that’s all. I want to look at the BBB and I’ve already seen the Trek rack. I try not to buy before I look at as many options as I can and then buy.

I agree on making sure your bag or bags are zipped up…been there done that! 😳

Good point Slyp_Dawg on the seat post size I’ll have to keep that in mind when I go looking for the rack!! I’ll have to remember on the seat bag too if the rack doesn’t work out.

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks again Bombardier, that’s more of what I was looking for. Do you run one of these on your bike by chance?

    Thanks again!!!!! 😃

Bombardier thanks for the reply and maybe I guess I didn’t make it clear (I read my post again). I ‘m wanting a rear rack to put on my bike not the car. But thanks anyway. I think I’m going to have to go with this:

    Look here

I just didn’t know if there was anything else out there to mount to the rear of the bike?

    Thanks again, Michael
