yeh I’d say weight has alot to do with it…same as car brakes, the more weight you are trying to stop the more heat the rotor has to handle. Warping the rotor is easy to do with heavier weight and it also depends on your braking habbits. I use avid juicy 7s and have had no issues with bent rotors, then again I only weight bout 180 with all my gear….
