I wouldn’t mind working there!
Thanks! I have one of these on the way 😄
Congrats!
Damn! I want one of those suits!
My 1st 3 bikes were dual suspension. I just got a HT this year and haven’t even thought about riding my other bike. I never knew what I was missing! My next bike will be a SS HT, maybe rigid, after I sell my pogo stick!

No, I haven’t. If I am thinking of the right place, the pics remind me of Freedom Park in W’burg — lots of man made wooden features. Looked fun.[/quote:iks8ycxu]
Don’t let those old pics fool you. All the teeter totters you see in the pics have been removed. There’s one section of the trail that has a "skills park" which consists of a couple 2×4 skinnies to ride and there’s a very long tree skinny you’ll come across in a gully (where the wood ttfs you see in the pics used to be) that’s about it. The only other wooden feature is a 4′ or so drop/roller. The rest of the trail is sweet moto inspired dirt berms, whoops, and jumps. flow for days. Then the back section is rocky rooty gnarcore. It’s a great mix.If you click on my youtube link a few posts back and dig around in my vids, there’s a long unedited vid of the first few miles of fountainhead.[/quote:iks8ycxu]
The new portion is a lot of fun! Nice flow and love the berms!
"fleetwood" wroteNice video. I am in the market for a camera, but still deciding between Contour and GoPro, as well as what price point I want to commit to.
I need to put a NOVA trip together and hit up this place, Fountainhead, etc.
Have you been to Fountainhead before? Really fun place!
"Jared13" wroteI would be so scared of clipping that thing on a tree. I usually brush my shoulders against a tree two or three times each ride.
That’s one sturdy looking protective case though, I bet it could take on a few trees! 😆
Edit: Wow, hopefully that last sentence makes sense now.
If you buy a protection plan, they will replace it w/ a brand new one. I bought a Hero with a Best Buy 1 yr protection plan (extra 35 i believe). I broke mine within that time frame and got a Hero2 because the 1st gen was already discontinued.
Oh I forgot, nice work on the stand!
Nice tank! I’ll post some pics of my set up. Not as nice as yours. We have some of the same fish and plants though (pandas & siamese)!

Aw man…….I got to make it up there. Can’t be that far from my home in MD! Thanks for sharing.

If this place is for real and not photoshopped or something, guess I’d like to live there. But I still have not found proof that this place really exists or just someones made up fantasy world! Here is an example. Is this place for real?

You should take your bike away from yourself!
Good to see you are ok and they let you take your bike w/ you.
What do you mean by larger scale?
Do you have the card locked, you know the little white thingy on your card that can move up or down?
Not sure what your skill level is and I only know of Gambril and the Watershed in Frederick area. They are pretty technical trails and prolly not the best to start back up on. I do know of some decent trails down the road where I live in Germantown. Schaeffer, SRT, and Seneca Greenway trail are pretty nice trails for the beginner or intermediate level. Go to the mountain bike trails section of the this website and you should find what your looking for.
Awesome pic’s. Its a real zoo out there!
Nice Pic’s……I thought I was the only cool MTB’er that has a fishtank.
