Who’s rode it…Leadville 100

My brother and I are trying to ride this 100 mile ride, who’s rode it? What do we have to look forward to? What’s the best way to train for this? We have been doing bike rides up at Leadville to try to get use to the 10,500 elevation. What are our chances of getting to ride this ride?

Come on I know there is guys that have ridden this ride, I just want to pick your brain a little bit on how to train and what I need to expect? This will be the biggest ride I have ever done!! I don’t care about the time it takes me, all I want is to finish it!!

Any help would be GREAT!!!! But I really want to hear from guys that have ridden this to tell me what to expect, other then it’s going to be the hardest ride of my life!
