For me, its a toss up between Pequonnock River Valley, aka Trumbull, and Mianus River Park. What I love about both areas is that they are highly conducive to single speeding.
Now, if I went solely on where I ride the most, have to say Upper Paugussett State Forest but that’s only because its close to where I live and thus easy to hit the trail for a quick workout. Also, I am currently engaged in building a trail there.
Any other CT riders out there?

The Cockaponset State Forest region which includes Miller’s Pond, Middlesex, and Chatfield Hollow because of the killer technical riding.
A map is available online from the site Connecticut Explorer’s Guide > State Forests > Cockaponset. There are over 100 miles of riding bliss!
