Great website here but just wondering what are some of your other favorite sites.

My reading goes back and forth between outdoors stuff, and nerd stuff.

The only ones on heavy rotation are:

      1) Singletracks 😃

      2) Alpinezone.com – Great ski/bike community. Not quite as active in the summer but a great group of core posters.

      3) Greg Rides Trails – (gregridestrails.com)

      4) Teton Gravity Research – More of a lurker than a poster.

      5) Famous Internet Skiers – (famousinternetskiers.com) IF you haven’t ever checked these guys out, you absolutely must. Mostly ski stuff but the photography is second to none and the blog is incredible in the winter. They have started including more outside stuff.

besides here, I enjoy looking at:

http://www.sorbacsra.org my local mt bike community
http://www.sorba.org general southeast mt bike info
http://www.viewsfromthetop.com hiking community for the northeast. miss the hiking/skiing up that way
Greg has two blogs that I enjoy, gregtrail and cranial collision.

Also enjoy reading the news form multi sources, huffingtonpost, fox, cnn, etc. try to read at least two sides to every big story.

http://www.bikerumor.com – latest and greatest cycling gear

PinkBike is my other favorite. Though there is always the youngsters on there that spat off of the mouth and think they know all, but in general a lot of coll riders all over the world to BS with. Especially the FR realm of riding.

I do not patronage MTBR any more due to such rude and obnoxious people there….LOL

There was a Central FL one named "ExtremeMTB", but it closed down.
