John Krein Trail, Tucson Mountain Park, Arizona. Pure rock, don’t even like walking on this brutal, top of the hill trail. Sweet views, hot summer desert, ride in winter.

Blackrock Mountain in Pisgah National Forest. 7 mile climb for one of the roughest most technical descent in the area. If that’s not enough, go run Laurel Mountain. The descent down Pilot Cove is knuckle whitening.
