Wanted: 29er front wheel, mechanical disc brakes, steel fork

Hey guys, looking to build a klunker downtown 29er cruiser out of my old hardtail. I need a few things that I would like to source on the cheap. None of the things I need have to be pretty, they just need to work!

– 29er front wheel. 9mm quick release.
-steel fork for 29er w/ disc brake tabs. 1 1/8" head tube
-mechanical disc brake set
