Tsali Trails – few questions

I’m coming down to Florida in December from Ontario to ride Alafia state park, but along the way a buddy and I were hoping to ride Tsali. I have a couple questions about it though, and I hoped one of you could help me find those answers…

Is the trail open in December? I’d be there Dec 18-19.
What’s the cost to enter? I read$ 2/day but I also plan on camping there overnight so I was wondering if there was additional fees to do that.
Is the campground open year-round?
