      Hi folks;
      I’ve recently acquired a fine horse (Single speed Salsa Casseroll, hopped up with all the right stuff!) and find that doing some road stuff (single speed style) seems to help with my mountain biking, and vice versa. It seems if I’m not up for driving to the mountains (I live in Denver), then some solid single-speedin’ usually fills the bill. Physically, both types of riding seem to compliment each other physically speaking. I’m wondering if others have found the same for themselves?

      I think anything that keeps your legs spinning will help with your biking let it be mt bike, road or evan a stationary bike. My wife doesn’t ride 😢 however once or twice a week we o to the local YMCA and take a Spinning class (aerobics on a bike) and I have noticed a big improvement on my climbing, sprints and endurance on my mt bike.
