This has been my first year of riding singletrack on a regular basis and started without really having any skills prior. Over the course of the spring and summer I have greatly improved my riding in the way of technical skills and descending. I have seen some improvement in my climbing as well but not nearly what I was expecting to, and sometimes I feel like I’m getting worse. But I keep busting em out. So is there something I’m doing wrong or is there a better way to train for the climbs?
