I am planning a four day mtb trip to Pisgah in NC at the end of the month
I have heard recent reports of snow, slush and generally crappy conditions in Pisgah/ Dupont.
can any local riders from that area confirm? If so, please update trail conditions and how long to dry out.
IF Pisgah is too slushy, we have considered going to Arkansas on the Womble, Syllamo, etc. However, the conditions may be the same up there.
Can any local riders from Arkansas tell me about current conditions?
Thanks alot,
BJ

which means melted snow – and lots of mud.
I believe someone posted over on the http://www.sorba.org forums that Pisgah isn’t worth a trip right now. The whole southeast got slammed with snow last weekend – we got 5" here in Augusta GA!

If he’s not planning to go for a couple of weeks, who knows, it might be ok by then
