Looking to pick the brains of the knowledgeable crew here.
I’m trying to narrow the field for a new bike. Keen to hear everyone’s thoughts on the best capable and lightweight trail bike. I was thinking a Pivot Trail 429 but I’ve read some reports that it’s actually on the heavy side for a short travel bike. Also, they are slightly beyond my budget u less I get one 1-2 years old.
Some other options I have considered are the YT Izzo and the new Mondraker Raze looks descent too.
