Currently I have Tektro Novela disk brakes. They squealed from day 3 and high speed emergency braking isn’t the best. I am thinking of replacing them with the best mechanical disk brakes: Avid BB7. So here is the question: is it just a bolt off bolt on process? Will the G2 rotor bolt pattern be the same as the tektro (Formula FC20 front hub, Shimano 475 rear)? Will the calipers need adapters?
Basically my question is are brake parts standardized.

I just switched to BB7’s everything should work and they come with good instructions,only 1 ride on them but they kept getting stronger as the ride went on.
a very easy upgrade.
