So I’ve spent a few weeks scouring the internets for bike deals in my price range(Thanks to all who gave their input about buying online).
I’m leaning toward a Sette Ace frame, building it up with SRAM X9 drivetrain, Rockshox Tora 318 fork, Avid Juicy 3.5 brakes, XT hubs and Sun Rhyno Lite rims.
Looking at the reviews of the Ace on this forum, it seems that the reviews are from people who had the bike for a very short time. I’m wondering if anyone could chime in about the longevity of their bike. The paint quality has been noted as horrible. Has anyone noticed any other quality issues over time, ie welds, pivot points etc?
