I have a seat post that just started creaking and saw in the sticky dry seat post.
What should I lube it with?

Hello there!
If you’re dealing with steel or aluminum, any plain old bearing grease is fine. There’s special pastes and greases for carbon posts and bikes.

Yea make sure if you have carbon to be careful and only use the special stuff for that. For me I put a very light layer of anti-seize grease on the rails of my seatpost and that works great.
