How do you measure your bike to determine maximum RIM width? Not tire but RIM width. I’m looking into tubeless setups and all the rims seem to be wider than my stock ones (19mm).

You could go with a Stan’s cross country kit tubless, they’re made for 19mm rims, unless you’re set on new rims.

That’s what I’m going to do. I was questioning reliability but it seems to have good reviews from everywhere.

Personally I wouldn’t worry. I’ve been using Stan’s for a while and it was the best cheap investment I’d made in my bike. I know others that have used it for a couple years with no issues.
One thing I really liked when I used it on my Kona Coiler, which is a HEAVY bike, is that I immediately noticed a difference in the wheels and traction. It immediately help with climbing, which is a chore with that bike. People talk a lot about the benefit of running at a lower psi for traction (which is awesome!), but don’t forget the weight advantage you get as well.
