So I did some work on my bike the other day, and replaced my middle chain ring. Check out the before and after shot, it’s crazy:
That old chain ring had a lot of miles on it.
I’m thinking I probably need a new chain and cassette as well, but I don’t have the $$ at the moment… maybe for christmas someone will hook me up.

Judging by that you need a new chain.. There is alot of wear.
