Just for fun. Obviously everyone here is into MTB’ing, but what do you all do in the off season? When I lived in Durango, I was snowboarding but now that I live in southern Arizona, I can ride year round. What about you?

I live Colo Springs so I mountain bike. Or jog. Or join my girlfriend in yoga if it snows (which it almost never does). When I lived in N. VA. when it rained all winter long I just sat around and got fat waiting for it to dry out enough not to bruise the trails. Then I would have to ride in tire ruts that some asshole who had no respect left. I also snowboard.

When I lived in the Springs, my favorite rides were Palmer Park and Capt. Jacks and I had some great pics of me and a buddy riding Barr Trail in the spring time (very cold and snowy) There used to be a race up the Pikes Peak Highway called Race to the Summit, that was a real nut buster! 7 miles (as I remember), all up hill but what comes up, must go down. Do they still have that race?
