hey ppl wats up? new member to the sport andjust want to find out everything i can bout everything i can. im from the magnolia/woodlands area and trying to meet ppl in my area and places to ride. been checking out this site for a day or two and over all i like. if anybody has tips on other ways to "get out there" let me know please. thanks. hope to hear from ya

Welcome to Singletracks! There’s tons of info on this site to help with technique, equipment, trails, etc. I’m not sure where magnolia/woodlands is, but I take it from your user name that it’s in Texas. If you are looking for places to ride, Use the Mountain Bike Trails feature to search trails in your area. Also, there might be local riding clubs that you can hook up with. I don’t know much about Tx, but there seems to be a huge bike scene in the Austin area. Good luck and enjoy.
