Welcome!
Very little riding in Savannah. Very cool town tho.
Here in Augusta we’ve got 150ish miles of singletrack, including 1 IMBA Epic. I did a Top 5 Trails post for the CSRA, check it out HERE. You can also look up trails here on Singletracks, and visit our local club, SORBA-CSRA, website HERE.

I’ve been riding for about 6 years, been living in GA for about 2.5.

If I lived in Savannah I would pick up a "beach cruiser" to ride the beeches and prevent salt from getting on the mt. bike. Also it is about 3 hours away from the Augusta area and I have spoken to many riders that drive from that area to ride here in the CSRA.

Am 40 and got my first mt bike in ’92 (just converted it to a ss) Was a big time skier and hiker and just needed the natural high of skiing during the summer months in NH.
As for how I got to GA…….I am on the run 😮

I was born and raised in Savannah. Did a lot of BMX and freestyle and skateboarding. Now live in Denver. As for mtn biking…ummmm nothing there. Pick up a road bike and enjoy the flatness that is southern GA.
Enjoy it man, it’s a gorgeous place.
