Hello all:
Come ride with us at da mOOn, nope not the big round one in the sky. Moon lake park near Wilkes-Barre Pa. Every Wednesday night NEPMTBA(North Eastern Pa MTB association holds a mt bike ride, everyone invited, mountain bikers parking is at the Main Gate on Moon Lake Drive(Atherton rd) 6 pm. This is a fun ride for all, no rac’in or leaving anyone behind just good times! You don’t need to join anything just come and ride with us!
We have been averaging 30 to 40 riders that usually breaks down into smaller groups with ride leaders, maps are available for those who want to explore on their own also. The park is open summer hours 8-8 rides average about 1.5-2.5 hours or 10-12 miles with faster leaders and shorter rides 6-8 miles with the more social group.
