Looking for about five riders to film for a short 15 minute promo. We need those riders familiar and able to ride the gully at the lake (its in the Triad area). If you don’t know where that is we will not tell you. We are only interested in those that can take the gully in sequence (or are willing to try) and a few of the free ride ramps down the hill and/or table top. Experts not needed but you will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a limited release of film rights. If you decline to sign these legal documents you will not be filmed. If you do not always wear at least a helmet in your run you will not be filmed. There will be no pay but we will try to provide some healthy snacks and drinks. If this proves to be a small expense, we will discuss filming a 45 minute bootleg. We due have professional credentials for those wanting references, but we will be using limited professional equipment (possibly only one wide angle camera and two HD handycams) although we do our editing through Final Cut Pro, which finishes a product magnifico. We have been out taking measurements for our setup and hope to have our preparation done by late September or early October to be ready to go over a dry few days in mid October. Those interested just send me a pm on here right now. If we have a flood of potentials we will create an email address.

Posted it on the Blue Ridge Gravity Facebook page. Maybe one of those folks will want to be famous.😀 It is Roanoke and Blacksburg VA centric but riders are from a pretty wide area.

I appreciate that. Funny I thought my inbox would be flooded but I guess those are some serious hills. I ride the area about 3 times per week and never see anyone. I was out measuring for shot sets the other day and saw the first person I’ve ever seen on those trails. This would be a great opp for a few unknowns with skills. Paste it wherever to get the word out.
