mountain bike race

I have been riding for about a year know and I’m interested in trying to do a MTB race. I cant seem to find anything in southren New Jersey! Does anyone know of a race or a website that would list races in that area? And also do they have a beginner class at these races? Any help would be great!

Hey Titans17,

This is the 2012 schedule. If this website does not update a 2013 schedule you may want to click on the individual races from 2012 that are in your driving range and make contact with the organizers and ask when their 2013 races are taking place. Also you may find the results from 2012 and they will let you know what the categories are like beginner, sport, expert etc. Good luck man!

Well, I didn’t actually check that region either…….. could be hit or miss, especially this early in the season.

Try the Mid-Atlantic Super Series. They have beginner classes.
