I’m a bigger guy and really enjoy riding, but I’ve had problems finding a good front wheel. Just this year I have gone through two front wheels. Any suggestion on a good front wheel for me. Need something for a 26inch with disc brakes (K2 Zed 3.0). Don’t really care about extra weight, but I really don’t want to pay a fortune. Also, suggestions on where to find them would be great too. Thanks!

This is a pretty tough wheel, albeit a bit on the heavy side:

It’s a freeride wheel so it’s meant to take abuse. The only downside is the hubs bearings need to be adjusted from time to time. My LBS charges $10 to do it

Almost anything from mavic is pretty sturdy.

As maddslacker posted, the WTB Duals are pretty tough wheels. Another tough wheel is the Azonic Outlaws, but yes, Mavic have some wheels also, but are higher priced that these other two.

I think the Azonics are a good choice. Also, Sun RhynoLites are pretty sturdy and cheap, especially when laced to Shimano hubs.
