Mixing levers and calipers

So recently i broke my hydraulic brake lever and trying to get a new one. So i have shimano ZEE calipers and levers but my back brake lever broke this weekend and the lever can’t be fixed. And the thing is there is no shimano ZEE levers near my country. Heres a list of the options i can get. MY lever was BL-M640-B
Shimano Deore BL-MT501 2-Finger
Shimano SLX BL-M7100 RIGHT
Shimano XT BL-M8000 RIGHT
Shimano XT BL-M8100 RIGHT
Shimano DEORE BL-M6100 Right

All these are shimano mineral oil
What are your suggestions
Which will feel and brake same as my previos lever
