I think this is what you are looking for, I have not used them myself so can’t comment on how good they work.
I know a bunch of companies sell similar products, Jagwire, Alligator to name a few.
Google hydraulic cable/line guides

Yes, they have either Velcro straps in various colors for this soul purpose, but also bands and cable guides. You can find them at places like JensonUSA, PricePoint …etc…etc., but also your LBS may have them as well.
