Looking for opinions on what to buy??

I am looking to opinions on what to buy. I am just getting back into MT.Biking since high school, and was not sure how well I was going to like it again but it is something that I am enjoying a lot more then I thought. That brings me to about 8 years when I bought a Mongoose full suspension bike that I really do not like at all due to the full suspension. So here I am looking for an upgrade.

Here are a few stats about me:
32 yo
6’4"
290 Lbs

What I know I want in a new bike:
Hardtail
Prefer front airshock over spring/oil
20-22" Frame
29" Tires
Disc brakes
Price?? I am open up to $1,000 but would like to keep it closer to $750.
Componets – Also open. I just want something that will hold up to a large person.
