Hello everyone I’m new to jumping on the trails and I was wondering if there were any trails in CT that offer great beginner jumps so I can improve my technique and help would be great!

Although you can practice/improve jump skills just about anywhere the preferred option would be to go to a bike park if there is one within driving distance. Here are a few listed in CT:

Bike Park for the Win, nothing will get you better quicker than laps at a Bike Park. Getting repeated hits on perfectly built jumps is the quickest way to learn. One day at park and I made massive improvements. One season and I’m hitting jumps everywhere with comfort, control and even a little style.

In what region of the state are you looking to find a park?
