Is whistler worth it for a rookie?

Recently had a chance to ride whistler but I was terrified I wouldn’t be good enough to make it down alive, let alone have a good time.
I put a little (really long and self indulgent) video together to share my experience in hope that someone might be encouraged to give it a go.

Spoiler alert: In my opinion – Definitely worth it.

Definitely more relate-able than the videos usually shot there. The exclamation “I didn’t die!” was classic
