      Hi all,

I have a carbon frame with internal tubing for cable routing, and there’s some plastic cable sheathing inside. I want it out for two reasons: a) the frame is two-three years old and there’s likely a lot of dirt in there and b) I want to go to Di2 but the Di2 cable head won’t fit with the plastic in the way.

I’ve tried to use tweezers/needlenose pliers to get it out, but no luck. Thoughts? Might it be glued in there?

Photos of what you’re dealing with??  Frame manufacturer?

I can get a picture when I get home; frame manufacturer is Foundry (they went under in 2017)
