Anyone else ever deal with this? When I ride my MTB I’m fine and can ride for hours. However, since I’m in Colorado and can’t get out a lot in the winter I have to ride a stationary bike. I really want to ride in the Firecracker 50 this year but am having a really hard time training. I went through physical therapy and that helped but the pain can still get pretty bad. I can lift weights for upper body strength and do about 20 minutes on the stationary but that just isn’t enough. Any advice to train?
