How to find out about planned mountain bike trails (in MD)

Hello, I’m doing some GIS work and I’ve been doing research about mountain biking trails, in particular the trails that haven’t been made and are still being planned. Does anyone know where I could look to find information on future planned mtb trails?

Unfortunately there isn’t a centralized source I know of. A good start would be to reach out to each of the MTB clubs in the state to ask them for their project lists.
