Help fitting new brakes

Hi.

I appreciate that this is probably very obvious however it isn’t to me.

I have an old Giant Mtb and I am switching from the old disc brakes that it came with (MPH3 160mm I think)  to a set of Clarks M2.

I opted for 180mm front and 160mm back. The back one looks like it will fit on OK but the front adaptor won’t as the bolt holes are in the wrong place.

I am not sure what adaptor I need as there are so many variations.

Can anyone advise me here?

I have attached images of what I have and of the fork mount if that helps.
