      I am looking to upgrade the fork on my GF Cobia but have a question. The current fork (RockShox Tora) has the Gary Fisher G2 geometry but will a different fork without the offset mess with the bike’s geometry much? I would like to upgrade to a lighter and more plush fork without giving up handling. Thanks for your help.

      I switched forks from a 2010 Fisher Paragon (g2) and a 2008 Fisher Ferrous(non g2, I believe) and could not tell a difference riding either bike.

      The best upgrade would buy a new bike. 😆 😆 😆 I know you got a great deal from your best friend to begin with.

      I replaced the Dart 2 on my 26" Marlin G2, with a standard Recon and didn’t have any issues with the handling
