Recently I threw together a guide for some exercises I really like for shoulder health, especially as it relates to mountain biking, and I figured I’d pass it along.
While obviously not as much of a focus as lungs and legs, your shoulders and upper body still play a part in bike control. Speaking from experience, shoulders can take a bit of a beating during a wreck, and training them can only help mitigate injury and speed up recovery.
