My wife is pretty new to riding and her feet go numb when she rides with her riding shoes. Does not have the same problem with regular tennis shoes. She is using quality riding shoes and they are not too tight. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Have her wear her sneakers. Riding’s no fun with sore tootsies.

Are the riding shoes clipless or flats? Get her a pair of 5-10 flat pedal shoes. They have a secure fit and a big toe box. Also, they will grip the pedals nicely.

Flat shoes helped my sister, as well as seat adjustment.
