For those of you nonbelievers who think Fat Bikes are a passing fad or a narrow niche in the mountain biking world, here’s yet more proof to the contrary. Fat Biking now had its own USA Cycling-sanctioned championship. The inaugural event will take place this February in the budding outdoor sports mecca of Ogden, Utah.
