I’m driving from south GA to Pittsburgh in August for a wedding. I’ll have 4 or 5 days to burn afterwards so I’m wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I was thinking…
1. Allegrippis Trails (Raystown Lake, PA)
2. Southern Traverse (Harrisonburg, VA)
3. Dupont State Forest (Brevard, NC)
4. FATS (Clarks Hill, SC)Let me know if you think of anything better.

If you are coming down I-81, think about adding in Carvin’s Cove. About 30 miles of top notch trails just off of the interstate near Salem, VA.
Southern Traverse got hammered with blowdowns the other week. I would check with Harrisonburg bike folks to make sure it has been cleaned beforehand.
