Cuba trails and rental

Hey all.  I’m planning a trip to cuba in February and if possible, I would like to spend a day or half day on some trails.  Anyone know of any place in Cuba that rents decent bikes and has decent trails?

This month’s Dirt Rag has an article about Velo Cuba. With the US embargo they struggle getting things like shock oils and brake fluids so a trade might have barter power. Women run shop.
