Converting bottom bracket and crankset.

Hi all, I currently have a 2017 Voodo Bizango which is slowly being upgraded have already changed brakes, added dropper a seat etc.

I am looking to change my bottom bracket which is currently  Shimano Octalink and a Suntour XCM-D 22-36t.

I have been told I can swap to a Shimano Hollowtech 2 but unsure what size crankset I need to get? Are they all standard sizes?
