CNC specs for 2014 giant reign sx hanger

Hey all, Merry Christmas!  I am having no luck at finding a CAD file or other spec for the above mentioned. I live in China and have contacted anyone if everyone to buy a new one. No chance! I can pick one up on Ebay, but they are a bit pricey.  So my options are to buy one and wait, then get a few extra machined, or find the a file or specs for a CNC machine and have someone make it from scratch. I’ve been searching forever and some sites I cannot access from here.  So Just wondering if any of you have had any experience with this or not?
