Bike stem

<p style=”text-align: right;”> I am looking to buy a new stem. I’m not sure what some of the numbers mean. Could someone please help me out. My fork is 1 1/8. I understand what the 31.8 mm is I believe. That’s bar size? Correct? But what is the x28.6 mm? </p>
