Shot 7/19/14 in Simi Valley, "Hummingbird" trail is rocky, steep and very technical, and the aerial footage really captures it! But soon after filming started, I got a bad sprain doing a drop off a big boulder, (Seen after credits) but I had to continue since Patrick (Aerial pilot) felt he could never make this hike again, so most of the riding you see was with a sprained ankle!
Filmed with his DJI Phantom quadcopter with Gopro Hero 3 black edition, Patrick managed to get some amazingly CLOSE follow shots, (at my request) that one could easily think is a steadicam! That was a bit unnerving at times, but a testament to his awesome flying skills! Hope you enjoy!

Wow! Great video, puts my solo vid to shame… lol Both skills are great, as for the sprained ankle… most guys wouldn’t attempt that on 2 wheels. Hope you heal up alright and take care.

Cool copter shots! That has to be ideal terrain for it.
