Anaheim, CA where to rent equipment?

I’ll be in the Anaheim area the last week of March. I was needing information on where to rent equipment and could possibly get a guide to take me and my wife out on more of a scenic ride than technical. My wife rides a road bike on occasion and she has never road a mtb. I’m trying to get her hooked on getting herself a MTB. I’m flying in from out of state so I won’t have any equipment with me. The place to ride does not have to be in Anheim, I don’t mind driving a couple of hours to get somewhere decent.  I’ve got a pretty flexible schedule so riding on a weekday is fine, it doesn’t have to be on the weekend.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
