Last spring one of my local trails, Hickory Knob (McCormick, SC) was pretty much messed up during an Xterra race. The local bike club SORBA_CSRA set up a work party during the summer which had over 70 people (mt bikers, trail runners, and XTerra racers) A few weeks ago there was another work party which got 39 trail users at FATS. These parties were sponsored by a few local businesses.
I would like to thank Chain Reaction Cycles of Evan, GA http://chainreactionbicycles.net/ Somehow I won a pair of Shimano shoes.
