my right crank arm is creaking and my left one used to but not any more and i need some lucubrate to help my bottom bracket

Hi there first off:
Did you check to see if the crank arms are tight and if they are you may need to check to see if the bottom bracket is tight as well.
Try that and let me know. Otherwise check other areas such as pedals or sometimes the creek may even come from something like a seat post.

i dont no about the bottom bracket but im almost positive its crank and the crank arms r tighted thats what i did at first but it still creaking

You really need to to check that bottom bracket as well. The crank arms connect to the bracket and noises will often transfer from the bracket and the frame in them. Some times a little plumbers tape on the threads will help kill creaking noises if grease isn’t getting the job done.
