Gold is a soft metal… Wouldn’t the frame flex easily?

It’s gold plated over a standard aluminum frame.

Mukluk? 3.8 tires? This is a bit outdated. They should do it to Beargrease or something else with BFL’s.
Maybe one of this fancy beauties will be actually ridden on the trail someday -
