Here is the tool set I have:

It looks like basically the same set minus a piece or 3 for your set. I wouldn’t trade having these for anything. I do everything myself with the exception of fork work (being a cannondale owner I don’t wanna get involved in their forks). I also got a truing stand so that I can do my own tensioning/truing when necessary.
Basically I’d say figure out the cost of a "yearly tune-up" at you LBS, along with any parts that you may break or need replaced and if it’s cost effective to do it yourself then buy the tools.
